About me

I’ve lived two professional lives.

In my first, I studied architecture. As students, our professor used to say, “An architect can design anything”. I worked as an architect and interior designer at a boutique agency in Mumbai for over two years. I was, however, intrigued by designing apps and websites. This led me to pursue a master’s degree in Interaction Design.

I started my Interaction Design career at Animal, India. I dabbled a bit with AR experiences, designed websites for some of India’s biggest brands, built a digital product from ground up, and also led an artist collective.

Transitioning to Nykaa, India, I focused on enhancing the post-purchase experience and developing their design system. And that was it. Design Systems have been my calling since then. I find joy in building things that help others work better at scale, and design systems are a great way to achieve that. Every design system, however, comes with its own unique challenges, which makes this space even more exciting.

Cut to today, I hold a full-time role as a design system practitioner at Ticketmaster, UK.

I find joy in long walks, exploring museums and galleries, writing, and discovering strange music genres on Spotify.
